Teresa Sue Baskerville

Teresa Sue Baskerville, 68 of Portland, TN passed away peacefully while under the care of Alive Hospice surrounded by her loving family.

Teresa was born on October 5, 1954 in Nashville, TN to the late James Creasey and Louise Campbell Creasy.

Teresa was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Nana. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went. 

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Penny Gant (Lennie, her son, Todd Henson (Crystal), brothers, David Creasey, Larry Creasey (Ruth), grandchildren, Lennie Gant, Jr. (BJ), Haley Kirby, Stephanie Clark, Tyler Henson, Danielle Brewer, Eaden Oakley, great grandchildren, Adriana Gant, Isabella Wofford, Sophia Blair, Kaspen Gant, Kingston Ford, Junior Gant, Mary Jane, Aubrey Marshall, Bryson Marshall, Dazie Kirby, Tegan Clark, Baby Gant and a host of other family and friends.

Along with her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Ray Baskerville
