Mr. Stephen Ray Baskerville, age 65 of Portland passed away Sunday at AHC Mt. Juliet, Mt. Juliet, TN. Mr. Baskerville was born July 29, 1955 in Terre Haute, IN the son of the late Jesse Baskerville and Katie Hodges Baskerville.

Mr. Baskerville is survived by his wife, Teresa Baskerville, 4 children, Todd (Crystal) Henson, Penny (Lennie) Gant, Sr., Pete Baskerville and Chase Taylor. A brother, Joe (Rachel) Baskerville, 2 sisters, Donna (Mike) Jackson and Hope (Craig) Nuckles along with 6 grandchildren, BJ Gant, Haley Kirby, Tyler Henson, Stephanie Kirby, Danielle Brewer, and Eden Oakley.

The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life Service for Steve will be scheduled at a later date.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Funeral Home to help with expenses.
