Nell Louise Phebus

Nell Louise Phebus was born on August 8, 1960 to William Munroe Earls and Bonnie June Earls in Portland, TN. She resided in the Sumner County area almost all her life and had many friends in the community. "Lou" as she was affectionately known was a Licensed Cosmetologist and business owner who truly loved what she did for a living. She spent 25 years helping her clients look beautiful before moving on to a job she was even more passionate about – being a grandmother.

As a young woman, Lou was always the life of the party. Her witty sense of humor & magnetic personality naturally drew people in. She loved her freedom & valued her independence highly, qualities she tried very hard to instill in her children & grandchildren.

Louise genuinely loved life and wanted to live every single minute to its fullest extent. As she got older her health issues prevented her from doing all the things she wanted to do. She was a true fighter and she refused to let anything keep her down. She was determined to spend as much time with her children & grandchildren despite the constant pain she suffered. In her later years, her grandchildren and her family became her whole world and the memories she made with them will be deeply cherished for the rest of their lives.

Louise leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Bonnie Earls, father, William Earls, daughters, Stacy Scott (Travis) and Julie Inman, her sister Kathy Lutehe her brother William (Randy) Earls, her grandchildren Austin Inman, Lali Scott, Gabrielle Scott, Brooklyn Inman, Gavin Scott and Crimson Inman along with her nieces, Tracy Gibson, Kelsey Sloan and Tiffany Early and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
