NAOMI PRYOR

Naomi Pryor 87 of Portland, TN passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Naomi was born August 29, 1935 to the late Henry Alfred and Elizabeth Pearl (Hooper) Welch.

Naomi had a heart of gold. She loved to laugh, read and do seek word puzzles. Above all, she loved her family and looked forward to reunions. Naomi also cared for others as Private Sitter.

Left to cherish her family are her sons, Charles Ray Pryor, Jr, and Terry Paul Pryor, her daughters, Betty Pryor, Elizabeth Ann (Johnny) McBride, Nancy Jean Pryor and Leisha Kay, brothers, Johnny Welch, Henry (Shorty) Welch, and Lee Welch, sisters, Gracie Smith and Mary Welch, 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Russell Lynn Pryor, her daughter Nola Burnett and her sisters, Mae Rowland, Nell Tyner and Mable Welch.

Naomi will be dearly missed; her light will never dim from our hearts.

Naomi wished to be cremated. Her family will have a private Memorial Service at a later date.
