James "LJ" Benjamin Dickie

James "LJ" Benjamin Dickie, 34 of Dickson passed away at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN on Monday May 30, 2022.

James was born on July 10, 1987, in Springfield, TN. to James and Jean Tyner Buntin Dickie. James was a lifelong resident of Tennessee who took great pleasure in riding motorcycles and watching comedians but above all else, he loved spending time with his daughter Kassley. James loved his work as a tree trimmer which he was really good at.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, James Fitzgerald Dickie, his sister, Shauna Beal, his brother, James Daylon Dickie and his daughter, Kassley Alexis Gourley.

James was preceded in death by his mother, Tyne Grimes, maternal grandfather, Thomas Buntin, maternal grandmother Jean Flippinger, and paternal grandparents, Judy and Larry Dickie.

The family has chosen cremation and will have a private Memorial Service at a later date.
